Maxtor L01F300 Review: Maxtor L01F300 SATA II 300 GB Hard Drive. Very good disk at a very good price. I installed it as a single SATA drive (no RAID setup). Vista rated its performance 5.9 wich is the same as my other system (3 x Seagate BARRACUDA ES-7200.1 320GB Hard Drive, RAID 5 setup) which is strange. My RAID 5 setup theoritically should be faster and so this Maxtor (single disk) should be rated less than my RAID 5 setup. I don't why but I don't trust Vista hardware rating.
