Mercer Tool M20000 Review: Mercer Cutlery Genesis 6-Piece Knife Set with Tempered-Glass Block. I had the chance to try cutting with the Mercer's chef knife at a local kitchen store. Compared to the Wüstof and Henckels knives, these Mercer knives are heftier with a bulkier hand grip. At first I did not like the bulkiness of the grip however I did like the weight difference.
